Our scrumptious ballroom buffet.

  • Chef's selection of one of our gourmet pastas Chicken, Shrimp, or Shrimp and Crab Alfredo, Chicken Pomodoro, Chicken Primavera, or Pasta Siciliano- our vegetarian option.
  • Chef's Station I Roasted Chicken with bell peppers over Saffron Rice, Cajun Jambalaya, Acadian Cochon Rice, or Seafood Courtboullion.
  • Chef's Station II Chicken Etouffee over fluffy white rice, Chicken Fricassee over fluffy white rice, Creole Shrimp and Grits, Grits and Chicken Grillades, or Seafood Etouffee over fluffy white rice.
  • Chef's Gumbo Station Gumbo YaYa:  A New Orleans tradition! Chicken, Shrimp, and Sausage Gumbo served with fluffy steamed rice. Seafood Gumbo: Crab and Shrimp Gumbo served with fluffy steamed rice.
  • Potato martinis Garlic smashed potatoes served in a Martini glass topped with cheddar cheese and Cajun sour cream and paired with the chef’s specialty New Orleans style roast beef gravy with “debris”
