  • Selection of one of our gourmet pastas An A'La Minute Pasta Station. A head chef puts on a show for your guests while creating dishes such as Chicken Pomadora,  Shrimp and Crab Alfredo, Chicken Alfredo, Shrimp Alfredo, Chicken Primavera, or Pasta Siciliano~ vegetarian option.
  • Chef's Specialty Station (please choose one) Roasted Rosemary Chicken with bell peppers over Saffron Rice, Cajun Jambalaya, Acadian Cochon Rice, Seafood Courtboullion, or Creole Shrimp and Grits.
  • Chef's gumbo station Traditional New Orleans' style Gumbo Yaya with Chicken, Shrimp, and Sausage  or Seafood Gumbo with crab & shrimp.
  • Choice of Maw Maw's Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce or a Celebration Cake ordered by The Rose Garden
